The Preserve is a small, tight-knit gated community of 32 homes nestled in the heart of Genesee. Preserve residents have access to their own private pool and tennis court, as well as the Genesee Foundation amenities.

The Preserve is a small, tight-knit gated community of 32 homes nestled in the heart of Genesee. Preserve residents have access to their own private pool and tennis court, as well as the Genesee Foundation amenities.
Located in the heart of Genesee, the Preserve is an HOA within the Genesee Foundation HOA. In addition to the private Preserve pool and tennis courts, residents have access to 12 miles of hiking trails, 2 clubhouses, fitness center, 2 additional pools, and several tennis and pickleball courts!

Preserve residents may sign up for the tennis court to ensure availability. Make sure to bring your key!
At various points throughout the year, a Preserve homeowner elects to host a party, and the neighbors bring a dish to share. Please sign up here for any month during the year to host!
The PHOA brings the community together to celebrate summer at the pool. Exact dates will be emailed to the community.
